I want to take a moment to reflect on my recent experience at this location. The customer service here was absolutely phenomenal. The technician, Marcos, who worked on my repair of a decent-sized chip on the windshield, was incredibly kind, diligent, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. The representatives in the lobby, John and Abby, were also very courteous, pleasant, and handled other customers who were giving them a hard time with patience, kindness, and exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for windshield replacement, repair, or even wiper blade installation, this is the place to go. I couldn’t be happier with the repair and the wiper blades that were installed. All three individuals I dealt with explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and did a great job. Thank you all for a job well done!

I went to Safelite for a windshield repair, but it needed a full replacement. After the first install, I had an issue with my rearview mirror falling off, so I went back in. They took care of everything and made it right by replacing the windshield again until it was perfect — all covered by insurance and their warranty. Great customer service and great work. I suggest waiting about a month before adding tint just to be safe. - Stephanie

I would like to say that Safelite was very professional when dealing with the company and scheduling my appointment. They communicated very well on the day and time the service was gonna be done. They reached out to me when the technician showed up, the technician was very professional, polite, and courteous. He answered all my questions that I had and explained the process of what was going to be Done. I would recommend Safelite to others that need to have a windshield replaced. They are professional, courteous, and on time and knowledgeable. Very happy. five stars.

Had a great experience with Safelite Autoglass. I reported a claim for the glass repair through my insurance. I was then transferred to the Safelite website to set up an appointment. The website had most sections prefilled out and I had to select the type of car, sedan or hatchback, to ensure the correct glass was bought. I like that appointments were available within 24 hours. They offer 4 hour time frames for the appointments, either 8-4 or 1-5. The technician called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away. Once he arrived he knocked to let me know he had arrived and asked if I had any questions. He let me know it would take about an hour, but he was done sooner than that. He advised to wait 30 minutes before driving the vehicle Once her was finished and to not do a car wash for 48 hours. The entire process was seamless and easy. They sent text messages to remind you about each step as well. You can have the repair done wherever your car is located or you can bring the vehicle to them. My glass repair did not cost me anything through my insurance since I had comprehensive coverage. Check with your specific insurance to see what is offered. They also offer additional service

Update as of 3-34-26 11 Days since this NIGHTMARE started I have YET to hear from Mgmt over this.... Now i have a bad drivers window from damages on their initial install break and the tech took paint of the vehicle as well from tape Seriously now waiting game for the DISTRICT SUPERVISOR to get involved What a JOKE!!! 😠 😡 😤 Gotta say im pretty shocked at how poor the company in general handled I had a replacement glass done last year.... dropped off at the facility everything went fine Discovered the glass had a small crack a few weeks ago and called it in.... needed to be verified it was not impact damaged and it would be covered.... so far no issues Fri the 13th (yes the irony 😑) tech comes out to the house around noon to do a mobile windshield replacement "Issac" nice guy showed up and everything was goin well till the glass going in broke.... Understandable things happen.... the old glass was put back in At this point i now have an windshield that is completely shattered 😲.
